Founded in 1999 by siblings Sarah and Andrew Thompson, Denver Solid Builds began as a small family-run enterprise focusing on local residential projects. Over the decades, the company evolved, embracing the dynamic spirit of Denver, to become one of the city’s most recognized names in construction.

Our team is a close-knit group of 50 people. We’ve got the thinkers, the designers, and the builders. Through the Years

1999
Within two years, the company lands its first major contract, the rejuvenation of Denver’s Riverside Park. The project was completed three months ahead of schedule, setting a precedent for Mountain Ridge’s commitment to efficiency.
2001
Mountain Ridge Construction expands its operations, opening a second office in Colorado Springs. The team grows to over 100 dedicated builders, engineers, and designers.
2012
The company’s commitment to excellence is recognized as they bag the “Best Sustainable Construction Award” for their eco-friendly design of the Aspen Commercial Complex.
