Refund Policy

At Denver Solid Builds, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in our work and are dedicated to providing the highest quality construction, renovation, and fencing & decking services. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the outcome, we’re here to make things right.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work within the first 14 days after project completion, please reach out to us. We will review your concerns and, if necessary, will work to rectify the situation or provide a refund.
  • The refund is applicable only if you’ve expressed your concerns and given us an opportunity to address and rectify the issue within the project scope.

2. Refund Process

  • Contact our customer service team and explain your concerns in detail.
  • Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

3. Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be provided for any additional services or materials that were not part of the original agreement or scope of work.
  • If the dissatisfaction arises due to changes requested by the client that are outside our standard practices or recommendations, refunds may not be applicable.

4. Project Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel the project midway, a refund will be provided for the unfinished portion of the work minus any costs already incurred.
