Key Responsibilities:
- Design and draft architectural plans in line with client specifications.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure design feasibility and practicality.
- Stay updated with latest design trends and incorporate them wherever applicable.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design with an emphasis on sustainability.
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous works, especially sustainable designs.
Will be a plus:
- LEED or similar sustainability certification.
- Experience in designing residential structures in the Denver area.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sustainable materials and energy-efficient design practices.
