Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all stages of our construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Interface regularly with clients, understanding their vision, and ensuring it’s translated flawlessly on the ground.
  • Manage resources efficiently, ensuring timely completion of projects without compromising on quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams.
  • Strong communication and client management abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction management software.

Will be a plus:

  • Advanced degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Prior experience in sustainable or green construction projects.
  • Experience in managing large-scale residential projects.
