Key Responsibilities:
- Direct oversight of day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Ensuring the safety, quality, and timeliness of each project.
- Coordinate work schedules, manage work crews, and address any onsite issues or conflicts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in on-site supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams efficiently.
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in supervising high-rise building projects.
- Familiarity with modern construction technologies and methodologies.
- Previous experience with Denver-area construction regulations.
